Frequently Asked Questions

1. Arabic Fonts are not visible or replaced with some other font; or run beyond slide limits.

This is because of your computer not having those fonts. Please download the fonts that were sent to you in your first email. Otherwise click here to download them.

Once you download them (unzip them, if they are zipped), save these to one of your hard disk drives. Then go to Start; select Control Panel. You will see the control panel window. In it, select the Fonts folder (double click it).

Once the Fonts folder is opened, click on File (top left), and then select “Install new fonts”. You will see a pop-up window below.

In the lower section, where “Drives:” is there, choose the drive and then the “Folders” in which your fonts are stored. Once you get the folder, automatically, the fonts are shown in the top box. Click on “Select All” and then click on “OK”. Fonts are now installed on your computer. You can now see that inshaAllah your slides do not have any problem

2. Some of the links are not working

Only those links will be working which are underlined and have blue color.

We are slowly uploading the files, almost one-by-one. They are developed/enhanced before they are uploaded. Main files (at the top) will be uploaded soon inshaAllah. However, daily lessons will be uploaded day-by-day.
